Adega Vinho has been crafting high-quality wines in the Texas Hill Country with a strong emphasis on locally grown fruit since 2016. We recently celebrated the 5th anniversary of our tasting room in Stonewall, Texas. Since our founding, the Estate has become a destination for people seeking a winery that practices thoughtful farming, producing low-intervention wines made exclusively from 100% Texas-grown fruit. Founded by Andy and Elena Bilger and Head Winemaker Michael Bilger, Adega Vinho was born from Andy’s vision of family working together to create exceptional wines that not only reflect the terroir of Texas but allow each vintage to truly guide our winemaking, starting in the vineyard.

Over the past five years, Adega Vinho has grown into more than just a winery ~ it has become a gathering place where people come together to enjoy great wine, beautiful surroundings, and meaningful connections. Our mid-century/industrial tasting room provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, where both casual wine drinkers and connoisseurs can explore a diverse selection of handcrafted wines. Our stunning outdoor space offers the perfect setting for our guests to relax and take in the scenic beauty of the Texas Hill Country.
