The Bilger family began this ambitious Stonewall-based winery in 2016 with the future in mind. Thinking 20 years down the road, they started planting their estate vineyard to become a totally self-sustaining operation. Cultivating varieties common to the Iberian peninsula (namely Touriga Nacional and Tempranillo), they’re hoping to emulate the European vigneron, in which the grape grower and winemaker are one in the same.
