The Adega Vinho Tasting Room is the epicenter for our guest’s experience. We wanted to create something different, a space where you want to grab a glass of wine and stay a while. The vibe is eclectic – blending mid century modern, industrial, post- modern and doubles as a showroom for local artists. This is all contained in a trapezoid building. We think it’s a pretty cool space to hang out in!

Our Family Vineyard is the very backbone of our Estate operation, and it allows us to produce a stellar line-up of Estate wines each and every vintage. We planted three blocks in 2017, 2019, and 2023. These 14.5 acres of vines showcase 10 different grape varieties we thoughtfully chose to plant. Our goal is to grow the best fruit possible that highlights the uniqueness of our terroir. Our soil composition is perfect for growing premium grapes in the Texas Hill Country.

We utilize tried and true old world techniques and blend them with modern technology to create small batch, unique wines of great complexity and character. Every single bottle of wine we produce is fermented and aged on-site in our production facility.
